Important Updates
Changes to US Shipping
I have an important update about US shipping. Due to the new executive order signed on July 30th 2025, the de minimis exemption for shipments valued under $800 has been removed. This means that parcels of any value will now be subject to a flat-rate tariff charge of $80-$200, billed directly to the customer upon arrival.
This isn't fair to my US customers, and I don't want anyone to be hit with a huge fee on their order that they did not expect. Due to this, I have made the decision to review US orders on an individual basis with each customer. If you are in the US and you place an order, I will contact you before I begin making your nails to discuss whether you would still like to receive your order and pay the fees upon arrival, or I will issue you a full refund.
The good news is that after this 6-month period, the tariff structure is planned to change again from a minimum flat rate $80 charge, to a 10% tariff. This will make it a lot more reasonable and I plan to resume US shipping as normal after this time.
I’m sorry to all my wonderful US based customers about this change, but after the 6-month period is over, hopefully everything will be back up and running again as normal with only a few minor changes!
