How long will the nails stay on?
This is all dependant on your prep and application. If you would only like to wear your nails for 1-2 days, then I recommend you use the sticky nail tabs. For longer wear I recommend using the nail glue provided.
You are more than welcome to use whichever glue you prefer, but please do not use any gel products that require curing with an LED/UV light to apply your nails otherwise the gel will not cure and you run the risk of developing allergies.
Are they reusable?
Yes! With proper care and removal, they are 100% reusable! Remove them carefully according to the instructions on the nail backing card, gently buff the excess glue off the back of the nail and reapply as usual.
How do I find my nail size?
Please refer to the nail sizing page to determine your nail size.
How many nails come in a set?
There are ten nails in a set. Please make sure to order a sizing kit and check your nail measurements before placing an order to ensure your nails fit correctly.
What comes in the package?
The set/s which you have ordered, freebies and one application kit which includes:
- Mini buffer
- Nail file
- Cuticle pusher
- Alcohol wipes
- Sticky tabs
- Nail glue (UK orders only)
Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Although we do not currently ship to the EU or NI due to new GPSR regulations which makes it very difficult and expensive for smaller businesses like me to ship to these areas.
What are my processing times?
Our processing times are 7-10 days.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times are dependant on your location and the shipping options which your chose during checkout.
United Kingdom: Delivery aim of next working day.
Rest of the world: Delivery aim of 5-7 days.
Please note, these delivery aims do not include our processing time.
Do you accept cancelations?
We accept cancelations within 12 hours of your order being placed - in this case, if you've ordered the wrong item/s accidentally, then refunds are acceptable.
After the 12 hour cancellation period, your order will be finalised and ready to be made/being made, so a refund will not be available.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of the products and hygiene reasons, I do not offer exchanges and all orders are final. Please make sure to double check your nail sizes before you place your order.
If you have any claims about damaged/defective items in your order, then these must be submitted within 1 week after your product has been recieved.
What do I do if my package is lost?
Once your package is handed to the courier, Bonobonoya has no control over it. If all address details provided are correct, then please contact me and I will investigate this, or contact the courier directly.
Please note that I cannot file a claim until a certain amount of time has passed:
UK: Due date, plus 10 working days.
Rest of the world: Due date, plus 25 days.
