International Shipping & Taxes

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import taxes, duties and/or VAT upon arrival in the destination country.

These fees are not included in shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellations

We accept cancellations within 12 HOURS of your order being placed - in this case if you have ordered the wrong item/s accidentally, then refunds are acceptable.

After the 12 hour cancellation period, your order will be finalised and ready to be made/being made, so a refund will not be available.

Return & exchanges

All sets are made to order, therefore we cannot offer returns, refunds or exchanges. Please ensure that you have measured your nails correctly and double check all purchases are correct before you check out. If you are not sure about your nail measurements then please see our sizing page, or reach out to us at info@bonobonoya.co.uk.

Undeliverable or refused items

If an order is refused at delivery, or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, then you will be responsible for:

  • The original shipping costs
  • Any reshipment fees
  • Any additional customs, duties or taxes.

Refunds will not be issued due to any unexpected customs/duties charges. We strongly encourage you to check with your local postal/customs office befor placing an international order to avoid unexpected fees.
