Model Set Designs
These designs include any sets that are within our Always Available, Signature Colours and Signature BTS Collections. These are available to purchase at any time and will always be available. Just determine your sizes, browse our designs, input your shape, length and size choices, add to cart and check out!
Limited BTS Collections
Three new advanced design BTS sets will drop on the 27th of each month. These will be in a very limited quantity of 10 sets per design and once they're gone, they're gone and will not be restocked. Be sure to sign up to our emails so that you never miss a chance to secure a set!
Custom Order Slots
Custom order slots are very limited and only two custom slots are available each week. These are offered on a first come, first served basis. Please see below for specific details on how to secure your slot!
- Order Days: Custom order slots open Saturday through Thursday each week.
- Order Time: Anytime from 9 AM GMT on Saturday through to Thursday as long as availability allows.
- Order Cut-Off: Orders will temporarily close at 12 AM GMT on Thursday until the next Saturday, or once both slots have been filled.
To avoid waiting, be sure to set a reminder to order at 9 AM GTM on Saturday if you want to secure one of the custom slots!
How To Place Your Custom Order
Determine your nail sizes
Double check your sizing before securing a custom order slot using our sizing kit or by measuring your nails to avoid delays and sizing errors.
Secure your custom order deposit
Add our Custom Order Deposit to your basket and check out. There will only be two of these made available every Saturday at 9 AM GMT, so this will secure your custom slot.
Fill out your custom order form
Once you have secured your slot, click on the Custom Order Form link within the Custom Order Deposit description. This will lead you to our form where you can input all your custom requests.
Please carefully review your custom order details before submitting the form as I will begin sketching your design within 72 hours after your form is submitted.
If your custom request is particularly detailed, then I may also send you an email to further discuss the design with you and ensure everything is covered.
After 72 hours, I will send you an email of your design sketch and the final payment amount.
Custom order final payment
Once you are happy with the design, you will then visit the Final Payment page and place an order for the amount I specified in my email.
