Bonobonoya is the part of me who craves to be creative. Just like my wardrobe and jewellery, nail designs have allowed me to express my individuality and wear my art everywhere I go.
My background
Creativity has always been at the core of who I am, but my journey didn’t begin in beauty. I spent my college and university years studying Animal Welfare & Management, graduating with a degree in Animal Management and a deep-rooted love for animals—especially the uncommon and misunderstood. That passion continues to shape both my life and my work today. I express this connection through my nail designs, such as my Sharkies set, inspired by unique and often overlooked shark species that captured my interest.
My background has also made me deeply aware of how our choices impact the world around us. Sustainability is therefore a non-negotiable value of the brand. From using packaging that is 95% plastic-free and biodegradable (we're working on that last 5%!) to continually improving our practices, we are committed to creating luxury nails with intention, care, and respect for the environment—always striving to do better.
Why press on nails?
In late 2024, I was growing tired of regular trips to the nail salon—spending hours and a small fortune, only to leave without quite getting the look I had envisioned. The alternatives weren’t much better. Drugstore press on nails were convenient and affordable, but the quality was disappointing and the experience lacked any sense of luxury.
I knew there had to be something better.
Over the next six months, I immersed myself in the world of luxury press on nails, refining my skills and completing professional training in gel polish application. What I discovered changed everything: press on nails could be so much more than a quick fix. They’re a fashion accessory—an extension of your personality (quite literally, depending on the length you choose!).
Now, at the beginning of 2026, I’ve created hundreds of handcrafted luxury press on nail sets. From BTS-inspired designs to fully bespoke, made-to-measure creations, every set is designed with intention, precision, and quality at its core.
Each set delivers a high-end, salon-level experience—without the appointment.
