Please note that orders containing press-on sets will have a processing time of 10 - 14 days BEFORE shipping. Please place your orders in advance whenever possible, or purchase a rush order alongside your nails.
UK Orders
Standard free shipping
Every order will be sent with Royal Mail 2nd Class as a standard for free, with a delivery aim of 2 - 3 working days.
Shipping upgrades
Prices for shipping upgrades will be automatically added to your cart total at checkout once selected.
Royal Mail 1st Class: next working day delivery aim.
Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm: guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm.
International Orders
Standard shipping
Prices for shipping will be automatically added to your cart total once selected at checkout.
Royal Mail International Standard: delivery aim of 6 - 7 working days.
Royal Mail International Tracked: delivery aim of 5 - 7 working days, with full tracking.
Please note that these are all delivery aims and not guarantees. I cannot control your packages once they are in the hands of the postal carriers.
US Orders
Due to recent changes to the de minimis exemption, items shipped to the US valued lower than $800 are now subject to customs & duties charges. Luckily, postal services have organised a new system which will allow me to pre-pay the 10% tariff for you, meaning that you will not receive an unexpected bill with your parcel.
I will unfortunately not be able to absorb these costs completely, so there are some pricing changes to account for the 10% tariff charges. These charges are only for US customers and are as follows:
- Ordering direct via my website: All pricing for physical products has automatically been increased by 10%. Once your order is paid, you do not have to worry about any other payments/fees.
- Ordering via Etsy: Unfortunately, I am not able to raise pricing for US customers on Etsy without raising the prices for everybody else, so the total tariff cost for your order (10% per physical product) will be calculated by the postal service used and I will send this over to you as a private listing on Etsy. Please note that until this tariff fee is paid, your order will not be processed.
